Overview and Importance

The cards are organized into eight catalysts: Meaning, Guidance, Contribution, Action, Commitment, Connection, Reflection, and Insight, with six cards each, 48 cards in total.

The catalysts enable you to achieve transformation faster and using less effort. They’re perspectives to help point your attention to places where effort will be rewarded with transformational results.

For instance, too often change leaders focus too much on the information they want to broadcast to their audience. This is not surprising, since change is often complex, involving many details. But this perspective neglects an arguably more important matter: how to get the audience involved. That’s why five of the catalysts focus on involving the audience in different ways: contribution, action, commitment, connection, reflection, and insight.

Your selection of relevant tactics under these catalysts will enable you to effectively activate your audience, and set them on the road to an impactful transformation.
